I train people to use AI tools at work. I've been doing learning and development for twenty-plus years, and for the last two I've been focused on AI adoption: Copilot and M365, Claude, and the broader stack. I run workshops, build training programmes, and do hands-on implementation for organisations of 100 to 200+ people. I also build AI-powered software on the Anthropic Claude API, which means I understand the tooling at the code level, not just the interface. Currently SC-clearable, based in Sheffield, available for contract work immediately.

What I deliver

Copilot and M365 training at scale

Workshop design and delivery for groups up to 200+. Practical, hands-on sessions where people leave with something they can use the same day. I cover Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, plus Power Automate for workflow automation. I work with both small groups (10 to 20, "let's build a thing together") and larger audiences (presentation-led with live demos).

AI implementation consulting

Full AI adoption rollouts from C-suite to customer service teams. I start with an audit (where are people actually spending their time, what's automatable, what isn't), then build the training and change programme around what the organisation actually needs. Currently running two implementations for companies of around 100 people each, both in manufacturing and sales.

AI masterclasses for training providers

Bolt-on AI modules for apprenticeship training providers. Four core sessions I deliver regularly: AI fluency at work, working with AI safely, AI for email/meetings/reports, and leading a team through AI adoption. Designed to slot into existing apprenticeship programmes (Team Leader L3, Operations Manager L5) without disrupting the core curriculum.

Co.llab: AI-powered e-learning authoring tool

The Human Co. | 2025 to present | Launches June 2026

Desktop application I designed and built that turns a course blueprint into a complete interactive HTML course with branching scenarios, knowledge checks, voiceover scripts, and SCORM packaging. Built on Electron, Express, and the Anthropic Claude API. 90+ beta testers. I'm not a coder by trade; I taught myself to build this using Claude as my development partner.
